After a long Winter season travelling around Swindon on Friday evenings the club PIGEONS skittles team came out victorious winning the Division 2 Swindon Friday Evening Skittles League.
They did it the hard way though beating Stratton Eagles with the penultimate ball of the evening in the winner take all final League fixture of the season. The Pigeons had been in a season long tussle with Stratton and it was fitting that the title was sealed in an exciting final game with the away team winning by just one pin to seal the title.
