As a club member you renew your membership annually in January each year.

As a Bowling member your contact details i.e. Name, Telephone number, email address and mobile number will be used to:

  • Inform relevant Bowling Associations for affiliation purposes in the form of registration lists or for third party partner organisations to validate membership of the club.
  • Inform Captains of the relevant teams to enable team selection and enhance communication within the club
  • Contact you with information of club events and activities
  • Your name and telephone contact details only are included in the Annual Fixtures Book. This is used to enable members to contact each other for the purpose of organising matches; arranging transport etc.
  • Share details of your performance in club activities – e.g. event results information and pictures

As a Social member your contact details i.e. Name, Telephone number, email address and mobile number will be used to:

  • Contact you to inform of club events and activities
  • Share details of your performance in club activities – e.g. event results information and pictures.

If any member does not want to be contacted in this way, please submit your objection in writing to The Secretary, Highworth Bowls Club.
